eCommerce and CRM
We have a team of eCommerce specialists who help our customers define a solid business strategy and create and maintain online stores. The goal of our work is to meet our customer’s eCommerce needs in four main areas: consulting, development, marketing and analysis.
In addition, we devise a Social CRM (Customer Relationship Management) strategy and offer a set of services, techniques and technologies that allow companies to better understand members of their communities and connect with them in a targeted way through social media.
Digital PR services and Influence Marketing are offered through our department specialised in managing the relationship that celebrities and influencers have with our customers’ brands. We help link brands to key online influencers (bloggers, Tweeters, Instagramers, YouTubers, etc.) whose characteristics are aligned with the brand. We negotiate with the influencers, develop creative campaigns, oversee campaign execution and analyse the results – in real time if necessary. We have extensive experience in areas such as music, fashion, sports, travel and entertainment.
Social Noise has also developed its own Digital PR management platform, NOISR, which we license to clients who wish to use it. NOISR is a web platform designed for planning, managing and measuring digital PR campaigns in real time. It magnifies a campaign’s impact, instilling loyalty among influencers and turning them into brand ambassadors.
At Social Noise, we have developed a line of Live Engagement products using Guud, an innovative real-time big data processor. These products examine massive amounts of data from dialogues taking place on open platforms (e.g. Twitter) to offer information, raise alerts or enable an interaction with the audience in real time (e.g. second screen). We offer data visualisation in different formats: real-time social listening dashboards with KPIs determined in advance with the customer, layers overlaid on streaming players, dynamic web-based infographics, real-time survey or poll charts, etc. Live Engagement services are particularly relevant for brands that are exposed to real-time social media dialogue: sponsored events, major sporting or musical events, television and radio programmes, conventions and conferences, etc.
We also offer Retail Marketing services using geopositioning technologies and inter-device communication technologies (NFC, RFID, iBeacon, etc.) that allow us to connect with shoppers in brick and mortar shops (or nearby), thus enhancing consumer experience, and ultimately increasing sales.
